By having a Cat technician in the field, it is ensured that your generator set operates again according to the specifications of original operations, thus complying with all the requirements of safe handling and environmental regulations. It does not matter if your generator set is new, used or reconditioned, each extended service coverage plan is designed to meet the needs of your equipment.

PROTECTION OF RECONDITIONING FOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS (OVERHAUL PROTECTION COVERAGE OPC):

Coverage is available in terms of 12 to 60 months, in 12-month increments, your main power generator or rental team becomes eligible once a qualifying reconditioning has been performed through an authorized Cat dealer in accordance with the Sheet of certification work for OPC

NEW EXTENDED SERVICE COVERAGE ESC:

Coverage for electric and rental main power generators is available in terms of 24 to 60 months, in increments of 12 months, if purchased before the end of your original factory warranty.

EXTENDED SERVICE COVERAGE ESC:

Coverage is available after the original factory warranty has been completed in terms of 12 to 60 months, in increments of 12 months, and before the first reconditioning. Your main power or rental generator set is eligible if you meet the following conditions

It has been less than four years since the delivery date and has accumulated less than 3000 hours of total use since it was purchased again.
It has been less than 10 years since its construction date and you are currently enrolled in New Extended Service Coverage (ESC) or ESC Advantage.
You have approved a qualifying inspection by an authorized Cat dealer in accordance with the Advantage certification inspection worksheet.
